映画鑑賞する前に、ちょっと一杯ひっかけて
軽くお腹も満たしておこうとお店を物色
「醸造所」の文字に引き付けられてフラフラっと入店しました
ちょっと ここんところ夏に逆戻りしたかの様な陽気で汗ばむ体が冷えたビールを求めてました
そこで所謂「地ビール」を頂きつつ軽い食事で小腹を満たそうという寸法です
まずは地元の「地ビール」から
『大阪ケルシュ』
一般的なビールで喉越しを楽しむゴクゴクと飲めるタイプのビールです
そこに合わせたのは
『漬け物盛り合わせ』
内容は、柴漬け・野沢菜漬け・つぼ漬け・白菜の浅漬け
彩りもよく 歯触りもソコソコでビールの邪魔をしない感じが良かったです
次に少しはお腹に溜まる物をと
『とんぺい焼き』を注文しました
ビールはコッテリしたソース味に対抗して、スッキリ飲める感じの柑橘系の物を頼みました
『とんぺい焼き』
豚肉を玉子で巻いた鉄板焼きでソースとマヨネーズが掛かってます
ちょっと濃いめの味付けでした
『日向夏ビール』
宮崎の「地ビール」でホップの他に日向夏も使って香り高い仕上がりにした軽い口当たりの飲み易いビールでした
満腹になると“睡魔”に襲われるんで、ココでお店を後にしました
色々な「craft beer」が楽しめそうですが、アテの種類やクオリティを もう少し高めた方がいいかな？
っと思う ちょっと残念なお店でした
後、接客も もう少し気を付けた方がいいのになぁ〜と思わせる節がある感じでしたね
