タイトル通り本日は『純関西風すき焼き専門店 本 せきぐち』さんへ伺わせて頂きました❣️
明治17年から営業されている老舗店です
頂いたのは但馬牛のすき焼きコース
すき焼きは完全個室にて仲居さんに作って頂けるので食すだけ
純関西風というだけあってすき焼きはザラメと薄口醤油のみの味付け❣️あとは野菜から出る水分のみ。割下で煮込むようなタイプのすき焼きとは全く違う。
それを定番のたまご、もしくは山芋出汁と絡ませて食べる２種類の食べ方を堪能山芋出汁は初めてでしたがこれが堪らなく美味しい❤️
〆にこれらの味が染み込んだうどんがヤバい
うどんだけでも食べに来たいほど美味しいって言ったら仲居さんが他のお客様もあれだけお肉が美味しい美味しい って食べてくれてたのに、おうどんが1番美味しいとか言いはるんですよー。っと申し訳ありません
デザートはリンゴシャーベット。お肉食べた後は柚子シャーベットの勝手なイメージだったんですが、リンゴもあっさりで美味しい❤️
また通わせて貰いたいですね
