PR for restaurants |
We have confidence in everything from kushikatsu, Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), and kasu udon!
It has been loved in its hometown of Osaka for 16 years. The Kushikatsu is made with a unique blend of 5 types of oil, fried crispy, and then thoroughly drained of oil, making it a healthy Kushikatsu. |
The store has recently been renovated and is now brighter. Assortment selection six skewers. There were six types: kushikatsu, chicken fillet, plum shiso, lotus root, shrimp, quail, and cheese. The sauce served with it is sweet, and the hot sauce is served at the table. The crispy batter and sweet sauce are not overly flavorful, allowing you to get a good feel for the ingredients. I tried the hot sauce and it was spicy. I wonder if they add pepper to the sauce. I thought I wanted something in between. Plum shiso, cheese, and shrimp were good. By the way, it was cold, so I asked for hot sake, and the hot sake was so hot that I thought it was hot sake. Continuing on from Tsunabe and Single Hotpot, we have a conscientious service that prepares just one serving. We cook on a tabletop stove. There are several types of Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), and I chose the white miso Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), which was probably the most popular. Cabbage, bean sprouts, gyoza skin, pork belly, chives, fried tofu, small intestine, and tecchan were all included in the hot pot, and there was a wide variety of toppings. You can also add garlic for a punchy flavor. The soup stock in the pot is good. Miso envelops a variety of flavors. The miso soup is rich in the flavor of the fat. It also had garlic cloves in it, making it hearty. To finish off, I got some Chinese noodles. I finished it so that it soaked up the soup sufficiently.
