It has been loved in its hometown of Osaka for 16 years. The Kushikatsu is made with a unique blend of 5 types of oil, fried crispy, and then thoroughly drained of oil, making it a healthy Kushikatsu. |
It was located a little far from downtown. I entered the store before 10pm on a Saturday night, and it wasn't very big, and it was about half full. For the first drink, I mixed mandarin orange sake with soda, and my companion toasted with a glass of chuhai. Mikan sake has a refreshing taste with less sweetness. I also got a taste of Garichu and it was just as I had imagined. The second cup was peach, and this one was on the rocks. It's like peach nectar and has a lot of peach pulp in it which makes me happy. For food, we ordered chicken liver, kushikatsu, offal hot pot, and bean paste tofu. The kushikatsu sauce had sweet and spicy flavors. In addition to the standard, I was curious about ``cream cheese and eel'' and tried them, and as a result, I prefer them separately. You can order offal hotpot for just one person! To finish off my meal, I chose cheese risotto. The bean paste has plenty of crab on it and the soup stock is delicious! Even though it was late, there were always customers, but it was a restaurant where you could relax.
