今回の出張ご飯は難波を中心に選んでいますがイタリアンも１食いれました。Prabzo(ランチ)をコースでチョイスです。
初めてのお店で、当日の料理がわからないコースはワクワクしますね。
こじんまりとしたお店ですが、美味しそうな雰囲気をかもし出していますよ。
さて、コースがスタートしました。
前菜はポーションは小ぶりでもしっかりカップのビシソワーズも添えられています。味付けはメリハリをつけるタイプではなく繊細で手間をかけている感じです。
次はパスタです。こちらはイタリアンらしい主張がはっきりしているテイストで2種盛り(シチリア風茄子のトマトソーススパゲッティ、四種チーズとくるみのクリームソース ペンネ)出来るのものいいですね。フォカッチャも進みます。
今回のメインはリゾットを添えられたポルペッテ(ハンバーグ)で、ナイフを入れると嬉しいチーズインでした。鮮度もよくしっかり焼きの入ったグリル加減も肉の旨さを引き出してます。
最後にドルチェ盛り合わせとドリンクがついているこのスペシャルランチは料理、盛り付け、お値段も含めてシェフの気合を感じるコースでした。
