法善寺にある河内鴨のお店。
最近は地産地消がKeywordとなって、大阪、近畿圏内の食材をメインに取り扱うお店も
ぽつぽつと見かけるようになりました。その中でも取り扱いの多いこの食材。
仕事関係で行ったので詳しいコース内容はわかりかねますが
突き出し、前菜、お造り、ロースタタキ、肝、心臓造り、鍋（もも、ロース）、〆、デザート
の流れだったように思います。
メインの河内鴨はまぁどこで食べても余り変わりませんが、あっさりとしていて上品。
現在のドギツイ下品な大阪のイメージではなく、古きよき上方の美食の嗜好とでも言いましょうか
非常に都会的であります。
サービスのスタッフも知識、立ち振る舞い等ちゃんとしているので、接待等にも使えるでしょう。
