私は、このお店が好きです。
本当に美味しい！！。
鴨料理は、みなさん食べたことがあるでしょうか？
私は、数々の鴨を食してきましたが、このお店で食べた河内鴨は、絶品です。
もともと、鴨は、油がたっぷりで、なんんともうえない風味があって、
このしたたりおちる旨みがたまらなく旨い。
鴨といえば、日本の伝統食で、高級食材ともいわれているので、
それだけで、そう美味しくもないのに、わりと高い値段で出しているところも多いんです。
でも、ここでは、この価格で、本物の味を知ることができる。
本当に、大切な人にしか教えたくない！！それくらい美味しいんです。そんなお店です。
≪鍋≫と≪焼≫のコースがあるのですが、私はやはり≪鍋≫をオススメします。
鴨の旨み！！全部頂くことができるからです。
この旨みの中で、炊き上がる野菜、スープ、最後のそば、最高です。
私は、〆をダブルで注文するんです。
そばを食べたのに、まだ雑炊をたのんじゃいます。
これで、最後のおだしも全部たいらげてしまいます。
恥ずかしいほど、きれいに食べてしまう。
こんな風に書いてるだけで、また食べたくなってきました。
