難波の鴨専門店で鴨を七輪で

こちらでは大阪が誇る地ブランド肉のひとつ河内鴨が食べれちゃう
鍋と焼きのコースがありますが焼きのコースにしました
まずつきだしはレンコンまんじゅう
もっちりレンコン
おいしーい
小鉢2品
ほうれん草と湯葉のあんかけ美味しかった
もう一品はわすれちゃいましたｗ
3品目は手羽元の炭焼き
炭の香りが香ばしい
ポンズと葱と一味でさっぱりといただきました
うんまー
お口直しにさっぱりサラダ
つづいてようやくメイン
机の上に七輪が運ばれてきました
そしてお肉
ささ身、ロース、ずり
なんと、こちらのお肉、刺身でだしてるものとかわらない鮮度らしい
つまり生でも食べれる鮮度
でも折角だし七輪での炭火焼で食べたいので
ちゃんと焼いていただきました
ロースは脂の部分をしっかりやいたら炭の香りが絡みついておいしーい
〆は鴨だしのお茶漬け
これはやばい～
あっさり鴨だしとご飯
めっちゃ美味しい
最後は黒胡麻アイスとゆずシャーベットでした
この日は鴨を堪能できました
美味しかったです

鴨鍋コースをいただきました
突き出しはきんぴらごぼう
味濃いめでハイボールすすむ
２品目は
ブロッコリーと湯葉和えなど
焼き物の手羽元のネギポン酢
これは定番メニューですが
毎回美味しいです！
鍋はお出汁がおいしいからお野菜もすべて美味しく完食
鴨肉から良いお出汁がでて
最後はおそば
これまたおいしい
おいしすぎて２週連続でいってしまいました
