河内鴨ツムラ本店さんから毎朝仕入れる河内鴨を贅沢にたらふくいただくことができます。河内鴨は本当に質が良く、生の刺身でいただくこともできます。
年に一回、大体この時期に美味しい鴨料理を毎年食べに行くことを目標にしています。去年は奈良県でいただきました。今年は近場の難波で前々から予約して準備満タン＆ルンルンで行きました。外が寒い中、暖かい部屋で鴨鍋を食べる幸せといえばその上ありません。鴨自体はそんな分厚くないのに、3秒ほどしゃぶしゃぶして口に運んだ瞬間とろける濃厚な肉厚は感無量です。鴨特有で全く脂もしつこくない。むしろ赤みにマッチしすぎです。
美味しいものを食べた時は、本当に多くを語る必要はなくただただ「美味しい」に尽きます。
