大阪ミナミの宗右衛門町ガレージを北へ 日宝ファインプラザの１Ｆにある
「やき亭ぼーの」さんへ
ここは、河内鴨・大和肉鶏・丹波地鶏を使用しており
鴨は松原にある河内鴨専門店「ツムラ」へ
毎日、仕入しているので物が新鮮なので
タタキはもちろん、カルパッチョやささ身のユッケは最高に旨い！
造りは、定番の部位でキモ・ささ身・ズリ・ハツの盛り合わせをお勧めします
単価もそこそこで頂けます
続いて、大和肉鶏の焼き物ですが、まずは注文してもらいたいのがネギマですが
串に刺されている肉が大きくて、表面をパリッと焼き中はジューシーで
これぞ、大和肉鶏ていう一品です
もう一つは、白子が親指大ぐらいの大きさで
これは、ポンズで頂くみたいですが
私は、塩で注文をします
これもウマウマ！
丹波地鶏も十分美味しいので、セセリ・皮などもお薦めです
野菜には、こだわりが有るみたいで
その日に仕入れた季節の物を頂きます
半熟のウズラ卵は、箸休めに面白い触感なのでぜひ
最後は、つくねを頂きますが、皿に残ったタレと卵を握りのご飯をつけて頂くのですが
これまた絶品です
