大阪難波駅より徒歩6〜8分の場所にある焼き鳥屋さん やき亭ぼーの。
小ぢんまりとした裏通りの隠れ家的なお店で、少し高級な鶏肉を堪能することができます。
席数は少なめなので、事前に予約して訪問したいですね。
今回は人気メニューのねぎまや豚バラ、鳥刺し盛り合わせ、エリンギ、インカのめざめなどを注文。串メニューは皮目をパリッと、ネギには少し焦げ目がつく程度の焼き加減が素晴らしく、新鮮な鶏肉の刺身は弾力があって非常に美味でした！
