This time, I went to Mala Minami Sennichimae main store. It's a long-established Chinese restaurant that's busy every day, but since it's a weekend, I was drawn in. Moisten your throat with Sapporo Lager Beer (Akaboshi) and snack on Gyoza / Dumpling and garlic fried rice. The contrast between the textures of Gyoza / Dumpling, grilled and crispy and moist inside, is irresistible. Garlic fried rice is powered by garlic extract, along with rice that loosens up easily. It was easy to eat and I finished it quickly. It turned out nice. Thank you for the meal.
