ミナミの街中華
何度か伺っていますが、初めてのレビューです。
◎海老チリ玉子セット(生中、餃子つき1150円)…海老の玉子とじにチリソースが掛かって来るのかと思いきや、真ん中にプレーンオムレツ。周りに海老が4尾。
オムレツは、中がふわトロです。海老も揚げてなく油通しでプリプリです。好みの食感です。
チリソースは、オレンジ色をしています。やや甘味の強い、刺激の少ないソースです。オムレツに甘めのチリソースは、とても美味しくいただけます。これを食べるだけでも価値があります。
餃子は、底面をしっかり焼き上げていますが、全体的にはモチッとしています。小さめの餃子は、一口でバクッと。餡の柔らかさを楽しみながらビールを飲んで。
1階は、10名ほどのカウンター席ですが、2階にも、テーブル席があります。外から見て満席でも2階席に着けることもあります。

金曜日の20時過ぎ。ミナミは、ごった返しています。出遅れ必至です。サクッと飲めるのは、中華かな。シュウマイのお店と二択で悩み、ホテル至近の当店に。
1階のカウンター席に空きがあります。すんなり着座して、メニューを。セットメニューで、直ぐに出てきそうな棒々鶏を選びました。
◎棒々鶏セット(生ビール、餃子付き、1150円)…
・棒々鶏は、ゴマの風味たっぷりで、皮は柔らかいですが噛みきりやすく、むね肉は歯応えを残しつつ柔らかさがあります。
・餃子は、もっちり皮に、餡ももっちりしています。初めての方には、「ちゃんと、火が通ってる？」と思われるかも知れないです。めっちゃ熱いので、火傷しないように気を付けて下さい。
今日は、やや焼き加減が控えめな感じです。ニンニクが効いています。ねぎの食感がアクセントになっています。醤油なしでも、しっかりとした味があり、ビールのアテに最適です。
一品料理を食べても火の通りが良く、美味しいミナミの町中華です。
