昔からDancyuをはじめとした雑誌で餃子特集では必ずと言って良いほど取り上げられる珉珉さん。生まれながらの水餃子好きで餃子の研究もしている僕としては一度は言っておきたい店。できれば歴史についても聞けたらいいな。
出張の移動時間に迎えた昼食時間に訪問。ジンギスカンがランチタイムメニューの一番上に書かれてるね。餃子ばかりの店じゃないんだ。東京に餃子を定着させた渋谷の珉珉羊肉館では、大きな太い鉄の棒で組んだ網で焼くジンギスカンを食べたことがあるが、こちらの珉珉もジンギスカンを主力メニューと考えてるということであろう。
繁盛店のランチタイムということで話は出来なかったけど、実際に足を運んでみると書物ではわからない発見があるものだ。
