お好み焼きが食べたくて深夜も開いているこちらの
ぼんくら家さんへ。
お好み焼き、焼きそばだけじゃなく、ステーキなどもあって有り難いです。
ステーキはハラミとイチボを注文。
ハラミはめちゃくちゃ柔らかかったのですが、何だか肉が全然熱くなかったです、低温調理で表面に焼き色をつけた感じかなぁ。
イチボは熱く焼かれていたんですが、肉が固い。
脂が少ない赤身なのでこの値段ではこんなものか…
メガヤキソバ…ソースがちょっと濃いかなぁ
一緒に持ってきてくれた粉カツオをかけると丁度良い濃さに、カツオは必須！
メガ玉…三枚のお好み焼きが重なっていて、厚みはあるんですが、思っていたより一枚一枚が小さめでした。
キャベツが細く刻まれていて、食感は柔らかく美味しかったです。
あとは、カキバター、ホタテバター…普通
豚キムチは自分にはちょっと味が濃すぎるかなぁ。
牛すじコンそばめし…量がちょっと少なめ、ちょっとソース濃いかなぁ。
自分には全体的にソースちょっと濃いかなぁ。
