定期訪問の和食の前日より大阪入りし、この日はスタートが九時からと遅めでしたが某店の方と3人で食事することになり大阪なのでとオススメの鉄板焼きにお邪魔することに(｡•̀ᴗ-)✧
店内満席で遅くでも賑わっている人気店なんですかね♪
私たちは奥のテーブルせきに案内されました。
私たちは昼間からスイーツやらホームのシェリバーで軽く食べた後でしたがいざくると食指が働き普通に色々食べちゃいました（笑）

をオーダーし3人で仲良くシェアして楽しみました♪
名物のボンクラ焼き=お好み焼きは山芋入のふわトロお好み焼きで海老やイカ、ホタテもゴロッと入り決め手のソースが美味しい！
やっぱりお好み焼きはソースで美味しさが左右されますね。
ちょっと甘めなソースとの塩梅がよくばっちりでした♡
焼きそばも太麺でやはりちょっと甘めなソースが美味しい♪
ねぎ焼きは締しめに食べましたがちょっと出汁醤油の味のバランスが悪かったのか薄味でぼやけた味わいでした。
ねぎ焼きといえば牛すじコンですがこれだけちょっと残念。
ただメリハリあるソースの焼きそばやお好み焼きを食べた後だったので、優しい味わいのねぎ焼きが薄く感じたのかもしれません。
食べる順番間違えましたかね(・・;)
なにはともあれ会話が弾み3人であっという間の時間でした(｡•̀ᴗ-)✧
プロの方の話は色々ためになる見えない部分の話が聞け興味津々な私です。
