こちらは、大阪・日本橋にあるお店です。
お客様との約束時間までに少し間があります。
ということで、こちらの中華料理店に伺いました。
日替わりランチのセットメニューを頼んでいる人が多いようです。
コスパが良いからでしょうか。
店内混んでいます。
人気店なんでしょうか。
相席で座るよう案内されました。
それほどお腹が空いていないので単品メニューの「肉醤油ラーメン」を注文。
片言の日本語で対応していただきました。
最近、現地の方が経営するお店が増えてきましたね。
待つこと5～6分で配膳されます。
まずは、スープを一口啜ります。
豚をベースにした油分多めの醤油味ですね。
背脂が浮いていますが意外とあっさりとしています。
麺は中細のストレートです。
パツパツとした食感が楽しめて美味しいです。
肉醤油らーめんというくらいなので豚バラ肉がトッピングされています。
さらに、もみじおろしも乗っています。
これをスープに溶かすと絡みが増してスッキリしますね。
食べている間にも次々とお客さんが入店してきます。
奥にもテーブルがあるようでそちらにも案内しています。
結構、店内は広いようです。
そうこうしているうちに完食です。
今日も美味しいラーメンをいただきました。
