宗右衛門町／道頓堀川沿いの2階にある
中華料理屋さん
今度は、中華料理屋でお食事階と聞いていて
てっきり円卓を囲んでの食事か
飲茶みたいなのと思っていたので
最初の印象は、
「ん？普通の普通の中華料理屋さんやん
中華独特のにおいはするけど・・・」
って、感じでした
さて、テーブルにつくと、中央に焼き肉店みたいな
何かを焼く穴があいている？
これは何だろうな？っと思っていると
そのうち、謎のテントの骨組みみたいなものが出てきました
さて、まずは前菜、ザーサイとピーナッツ
うん、美味しい
そして、程なく運ばれてきたのが
小さな羊肉を長い鉄串にさしたもの
バーベキューの串みたいなものです
それに、焼鳥のように、羊肉が５～６個さされています
一瞬、これが中華か？っと思いましたが
中国の北の方の家庭料理見たい
後で中国の友人に聞いたら、
小さい頃には毎日食べていたとのこと
最初は店員さんが、焼き方を教えてくれます
っていっても、焼き具合をみるだけですが
出来上がると、テントの上に置きます
さて、いよいよ食します
「美味しい！！」
日本の肉とはちがって、ジューシーさはありませんが、
その分しっかりとした味わいで、まさにお肉を食べているって感じ
同じ羊肉でも、ジンギスカンではこの歯ごたえはありません
さらに、五香粉や香辛料をかけて食すともっと味が引き立ちます
ひとつひとつは小さいけれど、それがかえっていいのだろうな
むさぼりつくように、どんどん食べます
脂分がほぼないので、以外とあっさりもしてますし
他にも、アキレスがあるそうですがこの日は売り切れになったとのこと
うーん残念
おなかが八分目になったところで
最後はチャーハンで締めました
このチャーハンも美味しいです
また、羊肉と今度は食べられなかったアキレスを食うぞ！
