開けにこちらに移動＾＾；エヘヘ
羊肉串を自分で焼くのは今回で3回目。
上手に焼けるかなぁ～???
はい、美味しく焼けましたよ（○＾０＾○）☆♪ⅵёж～
こんがり香ばしく、表面カリカリ、うん、我ながらウマイ♪
いっぱい食べちゃいました。

世界遺産で世界的に有名な（当然ですが＾＾；）兵馬俑の在る
中国は内陸部、長安の都 【西安】に十数年前半年程ですが
仕事で駐在していました。
その頃よく食べたのが【羊肉串】です。
自転車の車輪の軸に小指の先程の、
日本ならクズ肉（ごめんなさい）みたいな小さな羊肉を
たくさん刺して炭火で焼いた「焼き鳥の原型」みたいな食べ物です。
いつも会社近くのフードコートみたいな（ウソ＾＾；）
屋台街みたいなトコロで食べてました。
ぬるいビールとともに（笑）～☆旨いんだコレが!!!
あれから十数年。
上海にも長く駐在していましたが、
西安の羊肉串は出会えませんでした。
羊は中国でも内陸部の方が好むお肉なので…
そんなこんなでtanigoにとっては思い出の味なのですが、
うふふ、日本ってそごいね。
あるじゃん!!!羊肉串!!!宗右衛門町を歩いてて見つけちゃいましたっと*＾＾ｖ＾＾ｖ*
黒龍江省出身の老板娘が切り盛りされているお店は
中国東北料理と羊肉串の専門店☆
