大阪はミナミ、宗右衛門町♡
三津寺筋を東にテクテク♪
笠屋町を越え、韓国＆中国系のお店が増えてきたな。と、思いながら、もう少し歩いて、玉屋町を越えた、千年町との間のビル(難波側)の1階に、こちらのお店があります。
お店の入り口の感じは、昔ながなステーキハウスな雰囲気ながら、辺りに漂ってる香りはしっかりコリアン♪
胡麻油と、ニンニクにキムチが混じったような、なんとも食欲をそそる良い香り♡
匂いに導かれるように、フラフラっとお店の中に伺うと、馬蹄型？ U字型？ のカウンターに、1人用のの小さな鉄板がズラリと並んでて、事情を知らないと、こちらは一体何屋さん？ と、悩むかもです。
カウンターに座ると、先ず飲み物を聞かれ、続いてお肉は焼きますか？ と、聞かれます。
とりあえずおいら達はビールとマッコリに、お肉を注文♪
先ずはビールで喉を潤してると、水キムチに、柔らかめのスルメキムチの突き出しが並べられました。
すると、このスルメのキムチが抜群に美味しい♡
更に、胡麻油と辛めのタレで味付けされた、山盛りのサラダを出され、サラダをアテにビールを飲んでると、小さめの1人用鉄板でお店の大将がこちらのペーストを見ながらお肉を焼いてくれて、食べ頃になると、お皿にいれてくれるので、こちらはひたすら食べるだけ♪
そして、頃合いをみてチゲやスンドゥブを注文♪
今回はカニチゲ♡ でも、カニは剥くのが大変かな？ と、思いきや蟹の身もお店の大将がほぐしてくれるので、とっても楽チン♪
カニの甘さタップリなチゲはご飯をもらって、スープカレーのようにしていただくと、もうお箸？ 違った、スプーン？ えーっと、スッカラが止まりません♡
次回は事前に予約を入れて、参鶏湯を食べようかな？
