そろそろ、もつ鍋の美味しい季節ですね（^_^）
・・・といっても、これは5月に行った時の話ですが。
博多もつ鍋 大山 心斎橋店
まだ新しそうな、綺麗な店でした
店に入ると、板張りの廊下が奥まで続き
掘りごたつ風の半個室が並んでいました。
雰囲気が良く静かで落ち着ける空間ですね～
テーブルには、唐辛子、にんにく、胡麻の薬味ポットが・・
メニューと一緒に置いてある、火加減等について書かれた
「おいしいもつ鍋の食べ方」・・なるレクチャー書なんかを見てるだけで
お腹空いてくるし食べる前からテンション上がりまくりですね！
◆もつ鍋・味噌味(1人前1360円)
みそ・醤油・辛味噌・塩味の4タイプから選べるのですが
博多おおいし 住吉店で食べて美味しかった
お店もイチオシの「味噌」を注文。
少し待って運ばれて来たもつ鍋は、予めセットアップ済
白味噌出汁の中にキャベツ、ゴボウ、もつ、豆腐・・・
ニラと唐辛子もどっさり盛られています！
野菜が煮えてきて、そろそろ食べ頃（^_^）
白味噌はさっぱりした味の中にもコクがあって美味しい！
その中にはもちろん！｢休前日限定(笑)｣ニンニクを投入です。
もつはいい肉を使ってそうプリプリしてて美味しい！
・・・ただ、強いて言うなら、もつの量が少ないような・・
ん～もう少しガッツリ食べたい場合には追加も必要かも知れません。
◆おにぎり(300円)
カツオ梅の付いた、ふかふかな食感でした。
◆若鶏唐揚げ(680円)
醤油仕立てアツアツの唐揚げ。
そして・・鍋の〆は勿論『ちゃんぽん麺』(300円)
レクチャー通り、茹で過ぎないうちにつるつるっと
おいしくいただきました。
