「串カツ しろたや」さん。元フードファイターのジャイアント白田さんが営む串カツ店です。
17時からの夜営業の10分前に到着、土曜の夜ということもあって10人位が待っていました。
開店時間になると、この日は白田さんご本人が迎えてくれました。入店が続きます。流石人気店ですね。
オーダーも白田さんが取りに来てくれたので、混まないうちにと記念に写真撮らせてもらいました。
まずは、
「ザ・プレミアム・モルツ」（580円）。
「串カツ何にしようかな？」盛り合わせてあるセットもありますね。
「食べ歩きセット」（900円）
「大阪名物どてやき」（480円）
キャベツは別料金になるとのことで 「キャベツ」（50円）もお願いしました。
食べ歩きセット・・人気の串カツを5本盛り合わせたセット。串カツ（牛）・豚カツ・たまねぎ・海老・うずらたまごの5本。割と軽い食感の串カツで食べやすいですね。ソースをかけてもサクサクの食感、牛や豚はもちろん、ぷりぷりの海老がなかなかイケました！
大阪名物どてやき・・少し甘めの味噌ダレ。牛すじはとろとろになるまで柔らかく煮込まれています。たっぷりのネギとともに頂きます。
飲み物は、
「角ハイボール」（530円）。
串カツ、もう少したべようかな。
「アスパラ一本」（300円）・・長ーいアスパラ丸ごと一本、こちらはさすがに串に刺せないので、もつところにホイルが。
「紅しょうが大」（240円）・・紅しょうがの串カツ、初めてたべたのは、大阪のある店。これからあれば頼んでいます。こちらのはかなり大きいですね。旨い！
白田さんはとても感じのいい対応、スタッフの皆さんの元気で親切、好感が持てました。
串カツも美味しくて値段も手頃、いいお店です！！
