ABCホールで鴻上尚史の主宰する虚構の劇団『もうひとつの地球の歩き方』を見る。お芝居なんて、ほんと久し振り。チケットを譲り受けて出掛けてみると、わぁ最前列という席であり、役者さんたちの熱気がダイレクトに感じ取れました。人工知能と天草四郎を組み合わせる発想が面白かったです。
さて、本日は大阪市中央区日本橋1丁目へ。地下鉄日本橋駅近くの堺筋にある丼や定食のお店『松屋 日本橋店』さんに足を運び。当初は昨年12月にオープンしたばかりので『大阪王将 日本橋店』さんを目指していたが、結構賑わっておりましたので、お隣の『松屋』さんへ軌道修正した。
・チーズタッカルビ定食(730円)
限定メニューの中から、真っ先に気付いたチーズタッカルビ定食にしよう。2月6日まではご飯大盛り無料となっておりましたが、券売機で気付けず、並盛りのままとなった。残念だが仕方ない。
嗚呼、丸いグラタン皿のような器に乗って届きます。トロトロ状態のチーズの下には、ぶつ切りの鶏もも肉、キャベツ、ニンジン、タマネギなどが隠れております。甘辛いコチュジャンのタレとチーズのコク味が新たな魅力を引き出しております。最後は残ったタレをご飯にかけてサラサラ頂く。これが好きだ。味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
往く道は精進にして、忍びて終わり、悔いなし。
