備長炭やきとり 笹屋さんへ
いつも賑わってる焼鳥屋さんです。
この日も若者でいっぱいでしたぁ～
なのでちょっと店内はガヤガヤしてる感じでした。
まず、席に着くと
お通しのキュウリが出てきます。
しっかり味付けされていて、このピリ辛がお酒のアテにグッドです。
これで一杯目を飲みながら料理を待てます（＾＾）
刺身盛の肝が旨い！！白肝かな？？
ハラミもさっぱりジューシーでいい感じです。
背ギモも柔らかく甘みがあって臭みも少ないし美味しいです。
やきとり屋さんだけど
串じゃなく、１品１品お皿でやってくるので
食べやすいので女性には嬉しいかも！！
スタッフさんもノリもよくいい感じです。
またみんなでワイワイ行きたいなぁ～
