本日はこちらのお店笹屋の千日前店を訪問です。
いつもいっぱいですが本日は2件目のため、時間が遅かったのですぐに入れました。
本日は久しぶりのメンバーで、久しぶりのお店で盛り上がってます(^o^)
まずはハイボールで乾杯！
きゅうり、豆もやし、昔話をあてにしながらお酒がすすみます
白肝の炙りと地鶏もも肉のたたきでワインを飲みながら、焼きでせせり、やげん、こころ、マコモダケを注文。
肝は新鮮で美味しいです
炭焼きの焼き鳥もめちゃうまですな^^
特にやげんなんこつ最高！
マコモダケの食感はたまらないですな^^
焼き加減も塩加減もいつも安定して料理は美味しいです
