大阪日本橋にある「トサカ商會」さん。
この日３軒目に行ったのは、すでに０時過ぎ。
こちらのお店はあさ４時くらいまでしているそうです。
上司に連れて行って頂きました。
飲み物は焼酎お湯割りに切り替え、串ものをいろいろ頼みました。
ひね、はらみ、ひざ、それりす、ぼんじり等。
どれも香ばしく適度に焼かれていて、美味しかったです。
ひざのコリコリが特に印象に残ってます。
あと出し巻きが絶品でした。ダシがあふれていて、焼き鳥屋さんではこのレベルの出し巻きは初でした。
色目も綺麗で、味はバツグン。
ぜひお試しあれ。
お店を出たのは２時前。
上司にお礼を言い、タクシーに相乗りさせてもらい、家路に着きました。
