さて、本日は特にお店を決めず、黒門市場の方へ。千日前通に来てみる、ランチ営業されているお店を発見。『備長焼鳥 トサカ商會』に入ってみる。
・もも篭焼き定食＝850円
ランチメニューは4種類。名物料理らしい『もも篭焼き定食』を所望する。
おぉ、しっかりした炭焼きの風味。こりこりとした鶏肉の食感と広がる旨味。たれに馴染んだねぎもいいアシスト。
美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
この時代、一番ダメージを受けている居酒屋さん。なんとかコロナ禍の波を乗り切って欲しい。
