なんばダイニングメゾンで食べれる健康定食
副菜が充実していて健康的ななメニューばかりなので何度か利用してます。今回は季節限定のアジフライを注文。大きめのアジフライ、まあまあくらいでした。蒸した野菜をポン酢で食べるのですが、こちらのほうがおいしいです。食前に食べるグリーンスムージーはくせになりそうです。
健康的かつおいしく
グリーンジュースがついていて、まず食前にそれを飲むように言われました。おかずがいっぱいある定食にしました。2500円くらいだったので、ちょっと高いかな。おかずはどれも普通に美味しかったです。連れは生姜焼きを注文し、とても美味しかったとの事。次は別のものを注文したいです。

なんばダイニングメゾンで定食的なご飯がいただけるお店あまりないので、リピートしてます。今回は塩麹だれのかかった鳥。さっぱりとして美味しかったです。グリーンスムージーも食前に飲むようにすすめられますが、それも美味しい。明るくて清潔感のある店内も素敵です。
