どこも混んでいてランチ難民になりそうな時に、並んでないお店を発見！
お値段がランチ感覚ではなかったけど、一緒に行った人のお言葉に甘えて素敵なお店に決めちゃいました♡
☆魚のブイヤベースランチ
★前菜
★コンソメスープ(キャベツ)
熱々じゃなくて、来たらすぐに頂けてありがたい。
味も優しくて飲みやすい。
★サラダ
多すぎず、少なすぎず、ちょうどいい量。
紫キャベツとレタスと…だったかな。
ドレッシングは写真の通り、上だけだったから、全体を考えながらもぐもぐ。
ドレッシングの海になってなくて、全部美味しく頂けるの嬉しい(^^)
★ピタパン(ご飯、ピタパン、バケットから選択)
外食は普段食べないものを選ぶようにしてるので、ブイヤベースにつけて食べていいのかな？そのまま食べるのかな？とわからなかったけど、スープを飲んでピタパン食べてが食べやすかった。
スープに浸すと、水滴が零れそうで心配だったので。(お行儀よくしたい)
★ブイヤベース
ムール貝、殻付きえび、ブロッコリー、茄子、じゃがいも、ヤングコーン、白身魚(たぶん)
具材たっぷり。
優しいお味で、お野菜もスープも美味しい(^^)
今書きながら思ったけど、魚介のくさみ全くなかったな。だから美味しかったんだ。
殻付きエビは手が汚れるしかないので、最後に残しといて。。。
別皿の上で(おせち料理に入ってるエビの要領で)殻を剝いてぱくり。
手がベタベタになったので、お手拭きもう一つ必要だった。
ピタパンでお腹がいっぱい。
動こう！って思うランチだった。
全体的に優しい味で、全部美味しかった(*^^*)
たまたま見つけたお店で、HAPPYランチ出来ました。
