【まるでジブリ映画！目の前で作る超本格生パスタ！！】
難波駅から徒歩5分、ラウンドワン近くにある空中階。
その店の周りは赤ちょうちんや、椅子に見立てビール箱を道路にはみ出して置いている様な居酒屋があり下町感があるが、その店だけ洋風の木目調のこじゃれた扉。
扉をあけて二階にあがると、さっきまでの
猥雑な空間とは異なるオシャレな雰囲気。
なんとなくジブリに出てきそう。
この時点で、あーもーこの店好きっ！！！って
なった。かつて住んでた高円寺みたい。
パスタの麺をサンプルで見せてくれるのもテンションあげるー(●´ω`●)(↑▽↑)
突き出しのフォカッチャ。でかい！うまい！
チャージ料の300円としたら満足度高いっ！
冷前菜としてカポナータ。
味がしっかりしていてうまい。
パスタは8種類のサンプルを見せてもらえて
テンションあがる！
クリームベースの
犬鳴豚ミンチとじゃが芋のクリームソース【1280円】にあう麺はどれか聞いたら
どこにでもあるタリアテッレをオススメされた。。
ミスった。笑

一口食べると、んん！
胡椒がよく聞いている！！
ぴりっと辛くて香りが鼻に抜ける。
いいコショウの挽きたてとみた！
大満足！！
