When I was looking for B-class gourmet food near Dotonbori, I found there were long lines of tourists everywhere. Meanwhile, I discovered a store specializing in fresh pasta in a back alley and visited pasteria bambu. I had a half appetizer platter and fresh pasta carbonara. I think this is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious fresh pasta in a casual setting! It's open until the morning, so it's perfect for after-parties. Thank you for the meal.
