黒も本を代表する豆腐屋さんが提供する、豆乳です。
一杯６０円と、ちょっとした栄養補給としては、とても安いです。
１杯注文すると、コップに並々とついでくれます。
一口飲むと、その濃厚さにビックリです。
なんだかクリームみたいです。
市販の豆乳にも、濃いものがあって、たまに飲むのですが、
それを基準とすると３倍くらい濃いです。
しかも、意外とすっきりとした飲み口で、後味もさっぱりしています。
この辺は、牛乳を飲んだ後と違いますね。
黒門で買い物帰りに一杯というおばちゃんも結構見かけます。
黒門の元気の源なんでしょうね。
