大阪は、難波駅の近く、焼肉ホルモン「ホルモン焼肉 七福」さんへ訪問。
この日は難波の事務所に書類を届けにいく日。
どうせいくなら、難波でランチと思い、お昼前に到着するように行ってきました。
書類も渡し、さっそく、ランチ探索！！
ハラミ丼って文字を見つけ、さっそく店内に入って見ました♪
店内は、テーブル席とカウンター席があり、狭いなぁと思ったら２階もあるみたです。
ハラミ丼を注文♪
スタッフの人に「大盛りにしますか？」聞かれましたが、普通でお願いしました。
ちなみに大盛りは無料でございます♪
カウンターの向こうが厨房になっており、店長ともう一人の方で調理を始めます。
店長らしき人がもう一人のスタッフの方に、「良い方のハラミを出して」って支持しておりました。
もしかして、普通盛りと大盛りでは肉が違うのかなぁ？？と思い、後で、ＨＰ(ヒトサラ）を見てみると、「七福特製ハラミ丼」「焼肉ハラミ丼」と２種類のハラミ丼がありますね。（どちらも同じ値段です。）「焼肉ハラミ丼」には上質のハラミ肉を使用って書いているので、こちらの丼の事なのかなぁ？？？イマイチよくわからないですね＾＾；
【ハラミ丼８８０円】
ハラミ丼には、わかめスープが付いており、スープはおかわり自由になっております♪
丼の半分には、特製醤油タレに付けられた白胡麻が振られたハラミ肉が。そしてもう半分には、キャベツがのっており、その上にレタス、青ネギ。そして丼の中心には生卵が添えられております♪
肉は、熱々なのかなぁと思ったら、薄いペラっとした柔らかな食感の冷たいお肉。他のレビュアー様の写真のように、周りだけ焼いて中がレアな感じとかでもないですね。中まで火まで通ってる感じでした。
あと、ワサビドレッシングがかかっているようで、ワサビのツーンとした風味が口の中に広がり、慌てて食べると咽ます（笑）
卓上に置かれている、キムチは甘めで優しいお味。食べ放題なので、そちらを丼入れてお肉と一緒に食べるといい感じで食が進みます♪
普通盛りでしたが十分お腹がいっぱいになりました♪
個人的には、熱々のもう少し肉厚のある普通のハラミ肉がよかったです。
値段的な事を考えると仕方ないのかもしれないですね。
