大阪難波駅近くでサクッと一杯と思い『路地裏酒場 とんぼ』を初訪問。
店員さんには、元気に明るく丁寧にお迎えいただいたが、サクッ飲みであることを伝えて着席。開店一番乗りのお客になったのだろうか。先客はいない。
『豪快もも一本串(税別350円/本)』、『生肝あぶり串(税別180円/本)』、付きだしの『春雨サラダ』をアテにして『生ビール』を飲む。
付きだしの春雨サラダが妙に美味い。気に入った。そして『生肝あぶり串(税別180円/本)』がまず提供される。塩焼きにしてもらった。あぶったあとも生感覚が残っている。クリーミーでマッタリとしている。
続いて『豪快もも一本串(税別350円/本)』。豪快というほどでもなかったが、確かに一般的な串と比較すると大ぶり。たれ焼きにしてもらった。これも焼きがレアで私好み。レアがダメな方は発注時にお伝えしておいた方が無難であろう。
ゆっくり、串を楽しみたくなったお店である。
