高齢の母が今までお友達や妹と定期的にお出掛けしていたようですが、最近は一緒に行く人がいなくなったと寂しそうにしていたと息子から聞き、両親を誘い息子と4人で行くことにしました。
お店は少し足の悪い父が階段やカウンターの高椅子、お座敷は掘りごたつでも少し難しいため、タクシーで行って人混みや階段を歩くことなくお店に行け、テーブル席であることを考慮しこちらのお店に決めました。
席に案内され晴天だったので眩しい位に明るくてドームを見下ろせ両親子供のようにはしゃいで嬉しそう。
お昼の懐石 唐草懐石を事前予約。
内容は
先八寸 無花果生ハム巻き利休和え
獅子唐焼浸し 丸十蜜煮

少しづつ綺麗に盛り付けられていて懐石は目でも楽しめて良いですね。
たたみイワシとチーズの相性が良いの初めて知りました。
家でも作ってみよう笑
鱸、餅粉で揚げているからか少しもちもちした食感でした。
鱧、丁寧に骨引きされていて臭み一切なく梅肉の塩気も丁度良くとても美味しい。
鮎は丸ごと食べれる一口サイズ。
少しある苦味が鮎の味を引き立たせてます。
少しづつの量ですがご飯物が来るまでにお腹は少し苦しい。
普段少食の母がデザートまでほぼ完食してくれて良かったです。
両親共美味しいと喜んでくれて良かったです。
