テーブル席は大きな窓から大阪の街をのぞむ眺望素晴らしいです。だけど私達女子は紫外線浴びたくないの~
って事で遮るついたて有りのカウンター席へ。
前菜の小鉢盛り合わせの入った箱
蓋に瑞々しさで霧吹きされてます。
2月の節分の季節ですねヒイラギ添えてますね。
中の小鉢に色々と一口サイズが。
稲荷寿司も入ってました。最初に炭水化物は京懐石のおもてなしでしたっけ？懐石にも色々と流派のようなものがあるんですよね~確か
事前ネット予約に1人だけ椎茸が苦手と伝えてありましたのでお吸い物にはちゃんと抜いてあり代わりのもの、シンジョウが入っていて嬉しかったです。
鰤のお刺身にはポン酢のような味のジュレと
スノーフレイク塩がふりかけてありました。
ジュレは更に滑らかな口当たりにする為に裏漉しされてました。目の前のキッチンでは女性の板前さんでした。
時折上司？の大将が伝達行き来
吉野葛で作られた素麺と炊き込みご飯と赤出し
お漬物は京都の味でした
ご飯は炊き立てではないような？
そして炭水化物多めは眠気でないか気になります。
デザートは3種類のフルーツ盛り合わせに見えて
文旦はそのままではなくなんとつぶつぶ入りのゼリーでした。皮まで付いているので面白いし一手間なさってますね！
