イタリアンと山形郷土料理が食べられる珍しいお店。コロナ禍で長期休業されていたようですが、最近再開を聞きつけようやく訪問です。
ランチはなんばのビジネスマンで混雑してます。
狙いは肉そば、以前本場山形で食べた肉そばに感動した思い出があり、迷わず注文しました。キンキンに冷えた出汁、少し固めの蕎麦、イイね。鶏は親鶏かな？
美味いっちゃ美味いんやけど、もっとジャンクさがあったような。鳥中華や限定の豚つけそばも食べてみたい。
