難波の裏路地、道具屋筋にある定食屋さん。
だし巻きが食べたかったので
こちらのお店に立ち寄りました。
10組ほで行列が出来てましたが
回転が早く20分ほどで入店。
だし巻きCセットはだし巻き、泉州茄子の浅漬け、唐揚げ2つ、おかず2品、ご飯、味噌汁がセットになったメニュー。
だし巻きはお出汁が含まれていて
甘さは控えめの味付け。
唐揚げは1つが大きくて
食べ応えのあるサイズ感。
泉州茄子の浅漬けはお店で仕込まれているそうで瑞々しく美味しかったです。
次々とお皿やお盆が下げられていくので
ゆっくりは出来ず、回転率は早めです。
全体的に特に感動がある美味しさではないですが、安定して外れはないという印象でした。
