南海難波駅東口から東へ徒歩１、２分くらいのところにあります。
お店に入って、４人掛けテーブル席へご案内です。
生ビールで乾杯です。
お通しは、馬タンです。つけあわせには、玉ねぎスライスと大葉です。
あてに巻かないだし巻と名物ウマ角煮をいただきました。

上に大根おろしとネギがのっかっています。
フワッとした食感と出汁が沁みています。
お好みで、九州の甘い醤油をかけていただきます。
名物！！馬角煮
つけあわせは、豆苗です。
じっくり甘辛く煮込まれいて、あっさりとした肉味とホロッとした食感がいいあてになります。
辛子をつけて、ピリッとさせてもいいです。
なので、フリージングハイボールと日本酒 瑞鷹を追加です。
もう少し飲み食いしましょう。
芋焼酎さつま司と名物５種馬焼き盛り合わせ（小）をいただきました。

ツラミ、赤身、上バラ、ハラミ、骨付きカルビが各２つでの提供です。
ツラミは、よく焼きで、残りの部位は、好みの焼き加減でいただけます。
つけあわせは、さつまいもとエリンギです。
醤油ダレ、塩タレ、おろしポン酢をつけていただきます。
ひと切れは、焼酎のあてにもうひと切れは、ライスと一緒にいただきます。
肉味と程よい脂が味わえて、お酒もライスもすすみますね。
専門店ならでの馬肉料理がいただけてよかったです。
またお邪魔して飲み食いしたいと思います。
