鶏がらと、お肉の旨味が美味しい濃厚スープ、スープが美味しいお店ですね！
牛骨んのラーメンをいただきましたが、スープが美味しい！ 焼肉屋さんのテールスープの濃い番ですね！ 久しぶりに、スープを完食しました！（＾－＾） お醤油味も開発していただければ、良いかもです！ |
終に総本店へ来訪！
だいぶ以前の奈良県でとある支店にお世話になっていて、最近検査してみれば、なんと総本店が心斎橋にあることがわかりました。
また、似たような店も幾つかありまして、どうやら牛骨の白湯麺·濃厚牛骨の発想は、大阪を始め実現、展開されたように思えます。
一番大好きなラーメンです。
鶏白湯よりも牛骨のほうがふくよか深く、ましてや豚骨のペタペタよりは何倍もの繊細と洗練、
牛骨白湯は天才、無上たる存在！
（個人的な好みを述べるにすぎません。）
濃い味のわりには、さっぱりとも形容すべく、恰も牛乳そのものゝ質で、飲みやすくも深い味わいが広がり、
コクあって旨味も強く、確かに一蘭に近い味ですが、違う次元からの妙な香りが漂い、類の無い満足感！
チャーシューは更に絶妙。こちらは豚肉のチャーシューですが、その焼き目·焦げ目のある肉（特に脂身）は、
スープに風味を溶かして…なんと、カフェ·ラテ（或いはオ·レ）のような、香ばしくて煙ったい甘い感じ。
店内が長いスペースあって座席も多種。
調味料の容器など、だいたい博多ラーメン似の配布ですが、牛ちゃんらしい特別なものもあります。具体的にはわからないのですが…
とにかく最高に美味しく、しかも心地よく座れ、休めるところです。
誰にむけてもお薦めですね。
