今日のランチは、道頓堀まこと屋さん。店外タッチパネル方式で外国人が目立つ。
今回はラーメン屋初来店の定石は捨て、
私の好きな鳥系にした。
鶏じゃんラーメン820円。安い。
値上げ時代によう頑張ってるなぁ。薄利多売でも可能な好立地がなせる技だね。
スープは鶏の出汁が凝縮された醤油ラーメン。
「美味い」
久々に心の声が漏れた。
麺は硬さが選べる、中細ストレート。
ツルツルで喉越しよく、麺も美味い。
人麺さん勝ってる。
白菜のシャキシャキ感もナイス
チャーシューはインパクトとが無かったなぁ。
完飲完食ごちそうさまでした
しまった。期間限定の盛岡冷麺にするべきだった
