魚介系豚骨で、麺への絡みも良く美味しかったです。ただ、絡み過ぎてか、スープが少ないのか、食べ終わる頃にはスープがなく、スープ割りができませんでした。スープ割り好きにはちょっと残念。
少し並びましたが、並んだ甲斐があったと思えるくらい美味しかったです。濃い味と麺の太さがたまらないですね。また行きたいです♡
魚介系の濃厚つけ麺
良くある感じの魚介系スープだが甘みがあり旨い
麺が400グラムまで増量可能なのがうれしいがどんなに腹が減っていても300グラムがちょうどいい
