今回は、難波千日前の三田製麺所なんば店さんへ。
お店の前を通ると、ニボったつけ麺の提供があるということで、引き込まれるように入店。
着席し、お目当ての濃厚煮干つけ麺を注文。麺量は大盛りをお願いし、併せてネギ飯と生ビールをお願いしました。
通常なら、濃厚豚骨魚介つけ麺を頂くことになりそうなんですが、こちらで煮干しをいただけるとは思わず、楽しみです～。
着丼し、濃厚な煮干しの薫りがし、一口いただくと、口いっぱい煮干し。
麺につけ出汁が絡み、ネギ飯もどんどんいっちゃいます。
サラッと頂き、サクッと完食。
よく食べました～。ごちそうさまでした～。
