お誘い頂きまして、薬膳火鍋専門店「煕（よろこぶ）」に行ってきました。
「食べ放題飲み放題3,980円キャンペーン」で、通常価格5,940円が、4,298円 (税込)でした。
前菜2種です。(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!!!!!
太極の「陰陽」に見立てて仕切られた「鴛鴦火鍋」です。
白湯（パイタン）スープと、辛い味付けの紅湯（ホンタン）の麻辣（マーラー）スープです。
メイン具材と言ってもいい「特選 キノコの盛り合わせ」です。珍しいです。
「白しめじ」、「大黒本しめじ」、「丹波しめじ」、「柿の木茸」などの他には・・・
黄色いのが「タモギ茸」、赤いのが「朱鷺色平茸（トキイロヒラタケ）」で、一番奥の細いのが「山茶茸」です。
具材の豆腐、マロニー、エビ団子です。
「上級仔羊ラム肉」です。臭みが全くありません。
「特選 旬の野菜セット」です。ヘルシー♪

紅湯の麻辣スープに不覚にも咽てしまったことは、誰にも内緒です。＾＾ 徐々に慣れてきたら美味しさがわかってきました。
〆のラーメンです。かんすいでしょうか、コシの強いやたら黄色いビタミンカラーの麺です。
体に良さそうだし、とっても美味しかったです。店内はほぼ、満席でした。リピーターの多い人気店です。
