裏難波にあるたか鳥さんにいってきました。とりあえず、何か面白い店があるかなと通りを通っていて、人もそこそこ入っていて活気があったので、このお店を選びました。お客様がいっぱいで入店してからも続々と来店していました。まずは親鳥の皮ポン酢と白菜キムチ、チャンジャを注文。親鳥の皮ポン酢はコリコリしててかなり美味しい。名物の鳥ももの炭火焼き、ネギマ、皮、なんこつを注文。鳥ももの炭火焼きは柔らかくてタレが美味しい!そのほかに豚バラを頼みまたしたが、ニンニクの芽が途中ではいっており、これがアクセントになってこれも美味。
昔焼き鳥の串刺しのバイトをしたことがあるのですが、この時に言われたのは小さい身は下の方に、大きい身は上の方にと言われたのをこの豚バラをみて思い出しました。良い串の見本ですね。
最後にひねどりの炭火焼きも頼みましたが、これは硬すぎてあんまりでした。しかし、全体的には接客も良くいいお店でした。
