年末になんばグランド花月に千鳥、かまいたちが出る公演があったのでチケット取って行きました。
その際に伺わせて頂いたこちらのお店。
ランチでもディナーでもない中途半端な時間だったので店内は先客1組でしたが、食後だったようで我々の着席後早々に帰られました。
なので貸切状態。
1組だけって何かソワソワ笑
ピザが美味しいらしいという相方の情報で訪れたこのお店。
色々注文したけど、パイ生地で作られたピザが特徴的で、確かにすごく美味しかったです。
普通のピザとはまた違った食感で、でもバター練りこんだ生地･チーズ･オイル･生ハムなんでメイン感はあります。ガツッとくる感じ。
でも個人的には牛赤身のローストが絶品だったなー。
赤身だけど程よくサシも入ってて、肉のしっかりとした食感もあるけどサラッと溶ける脂が良き。
またNGKに行く時には寄りたいなと思います。
