ここは、私の人生レストラン。
ゴールデンウイークの５月３日。
日本橋・難波はとてつもない人出。あのコロナ禍での閑散としていた日常はなんだったんだろう。どこのお店も行列。ふと、あのお店はどうなんだろうと、法善寺横町に向かった。
そう『かもふく』である。
このお店には何度か脚を運んだことがある。
そっとお店と引き戸を開けて確認する。
『片付けるのでお待ちください』との事。
ほぼ満席。表で１０分ほど待つ。
『大変お待たせしました』の声が掛かり、店内へ。個室に案内された。これでゆっくり出来る。
注文は、おすすめの逸品『京鴨ロースト重』の冷やし蕎麦セット。果たしてどんな味何だろう。
１０分程で着膳。
いや～つやつやの鴨ローストと綺麗な玉子、大変キレイ。
さきに一緒にきた冷やし蕎麦を頂く。
出汁も、そこまで濃くなく蕎麦にあっさりとついてきて、大変美味しい。
次に鴨ローストにわさびをつけて食べたが、これはすき焼きのタレが掛かっており、美味い。
最高よ！噂通りの美味しさ。
個室なので本当に料理を味わって食べることが出来た。
