休日のその日、たまにゃ～ランチでプチ贅沢にしゃぶしゃぶと参りましょう♪

さすがに食べ放題コースは避けます。
定量の国産牛しゃぶしゃぶ 肉大盛り（２００ｇ）を注文しました。
瓶ビールは、エビス。
野菜類は、厨房近くにコーナーが設けられていて、別皿にセルフで盛ります。
体にいい豆腐、 しめじを多い目に盛りました。
肉大盛りで注文しましたが、見た目は少なそう。
・・・でもなかったです、最終的には。
さて、鍋が煮立って来て、小さな出し昆布が舞（まい）を舞ってます。
肉を投入！
ごまだれは、甘みが強くって旨～い。
肉の甘みと相乗効果。
なんか、久しぶりな気がします。
平日の昼 けっこう一人客多いです。
音から察して、私以外のお客様は皆 すき焼きを選んでたようです。
BGMは、女性JAZZボーカルの曲が、やや大きな音量で流れていました♪
野菜類をさらに追加。
栄養バランスを考慮できる、このシステムいいですね。
〆のうどんも盛ります。
透明度のあるうどんまで美味しく頂けました。
