先日、ランチタイムに行ったのですが 安いので別に肉がパサパサで美味しくないだけならいいのですが、食べ放題のシステムに腹が立ちました。
なぜならば、食べ放題60分は退店するまでらしく、50分経過した所でビールを頼んだら(別料金) 女性スタッフが『すみません、残り時間10分しかないですがいいですか？』 と言われました。
食べ放題60分の時間を区切られただけなら納得しますが、追加でビールを頼んでいるのに残り10分で帰るように言われました。
私は念のため再確認しました。『追加で頼んでるのにダメなのですか？食べ放題60分とは席利用が60分の意味ですか？退店するまでが60分の意味ですか？』 女性スタッフは言いました 『ハイそうです』と……
私は今までも色んな食べ放題の店に行きましたが、食べ放題の時間をキッチリ切られても 混みあっていなければ退店しなくて良かったし ましてや食べ放題とは別にビールを頼んだなら 店の人は喜んで追加で注文させてくれました！
最初にシステムに説明されましたが、会計済ませて退店するまでが60分なんて聞いていませんでした。
店の前の看板に食べ放題60分と書いていますが、退店するまで60分食べ放題 、追加で注文しようが関係なく退店してもらいます！と書いた方が良いと思いますよ！ あの書き方なら誰もが食べ放題60分と思いますよ！
しかも他客がいて混んでるなら分かりますが 当日はガラガラだったのに……
