On this day, I had a drink for the first time in a long while at Zura. And even though it's in Zara, I stopped by Ginza Chichi Tori. It was quite crowded and I sat at the last table. Since then, I have turned down many requests. Will it still be a good place after the coronavirus? And I ordered green onion salt as an early menu. As expected, it was brought early, and it was delicious with sesame oil and thin green onions mixed with salt. And the warm potato salad was also delicious, Croquette were crushed on top of the salad. The dashimaki was also handmade, not something unique to Chain.
